DESCRIPTION: \n\n\n\n\n \n\nThe 7th Heidelberg International Symposium
  on High-Energy Gamma-Ray Astronomy (γ-2022)\, will take place on July 4
 th to 8th 2022\, in Barcelona\, Spain.\n\nThe Gamma-Ray Symposium has
  been held since 1994 in Heidelberg\, Germany (see the webpage of previou
 s editions in 2000\, 2004\, 2008\, 2012 and 2016). The 2020 edition had t
 o be postponed due to the pandemic situation related to the COVID-19. We a
 re now glad to announce that the Symposium will take place in 2022 and\,
  for the first time\, it will be held in Barcelona\, hosted by the Inst
 itut de Ciències del Cosmos (ICCUB) of the University of Barcelona. It w
 ill closely follow the guidelines and structure of the previous Symposia\
 , covering all major observational and theoretical aspects of the field wi
 th an emphasis on the high (GeV) and very high (TeV) energy intervals of t
 he electromagnetic spectrum.\n\nScientific topics will range from the orig
 in of galactic and extragalactic cosmic rays to the physics and astrophysi
 cs of compact objects and their relativistic outflows (Pulsars\, Microquas
 ars\, Blazars\, GRBs)\, PWNe\, SNRs\, Star Forming Regions\, Giant molecul
 ar clouds and Interstellar Medium\, as well as extragalactic non-thermal o
 bjects like Starburst Galaxies\, Radio Galaxies and Galaxy Clusters. Cosmo
 logical issues related to Dark Matter\, Intergalactic radiation and magnet
 ic fields\, and topics relevant to fundamental physics will also be addres
