E-posters will be accessible to all participants directly from the workshop web-page. During the conference poster's sessions (on Tuesday, July 14th and Thursday, July 16th) e-posters will be displayed in the 5 dedicated screens available at the conference venue which have a size of 55" (139,7 cm) in 16:9 format, namely 121,7 cm width by 68,6 cm height.
E-posters should be arranged in a single file with a maximum size of 50 Mb. Accepted formats are: .jpg, .png, jpeg. PDFs are also acceptable, but they only work in 2 of the 5 screens, so we ask you to prioritze image formats or prepare the poster in both formats.
They can be prepared either as a 1 single static page where all the content is displayed at once, or up to 5 pages in a presentation-like format. In all cases e-posters will have to be prepared in landscape format for their correct visualisation on the screens.
To allow participants interested in your poster to identify the poster's main Author (or co-Authors attending in person the conference, if it is the case), we suggest that you add a small photograph and the corresponding Author's e-mail address in a visible but peripheral location within the e-poster.
Additionally, for organisation purposes, it would be much appreciated if you could name your contribution using your full name, and a short version of the title, e.g. “Pablo-Lopez-VeraRubin-Galaxy_rotation_rates.png”.
Please follow these instructions to upload your contribution to the workshop Indico web-page (or to update it in case you uploaded it in a wrong format).
