- To allow effective networking the number of participants will be limited to sixty. A first come first serve policy will be applied.
- Participants are encouraged to present their work in the poster sessions. All proposed contributions will be accepted. Maximum poster size is A0. Poster can be printed in the Faculty printing service (aproximate cost: 30€)
