    We would like to have an informal coffee time get together of UK based astronomers (and those with UK links), to get to know each other, discuss what other astronomy groups are doing around sustainability, and share best practice between institutes. The agenda will be decided by those present. One idea is to discuss the recent University of Oxford travel policy.
