Talks
The registration process will not be considered finished until payment has been received. Please be aware that, even if you appear in the participant list after filling the registration form, the registration will not be completed until the fee is paid. Note also that the amount to be paid is determined by the date of the payment (see below), and not the date of the submission of the on-line registration form.
Please keep in mind that you will need to upload and check your presentation slides before your session stars. Talks will be accessible in the website (under "Contribution list"). We ask you upload your contribution to Indico at least one day before your presentation (you can update it afterwards). Please, follow the naming format "#ID_Author_ShortTitle.pdf" for your contribution. In case of problems or questions, please do not hesitate to email the local organisation committee via ML26@icc.ub.edu or contact us at the registration desk.

Working Room

Lunch
Lunch can be taken at the canteen of the Faculty of Physics where the Symposium takes place. The cantines of the Faculties of Biology and Pharmacy and that of the Aleu Residence, located at ~100m - 200m from the conference venue, will also be available.
Alternatively, a variety of bars and restaurants can also be found on the Diagonal campus at less than 10 min walking distance. Here are some of our recommendations:

Weather
June can be warm to moderately hot in Barcelona, with day temperatures reaching 25-30 degree Celsius (~75 - 85 degree Fahrenheit) and slightly fresher mornings/afternoons. Sporadic rain is not usual but cannot be discarded.
Tavel and Public Transport
You will find the location of the conference in the venue section. While in Barcelona, you can use Taxi, Bus, Tram, Underground and Regional trains to move throughout the city. Find your connection here.
Barcelona is very well connected by public transportation (metro, buses, tram and train). The most used public transportation cards, which include metro, train, buses and tram are:
- Hola Barcelona Travel Card: unlimited travel with all public transports within the city for 2 days (18,70€), 3 days (27,30€), 4 days (35,60€) or 5 days (39,24). It does include travel to and from the airport.
- T-casual (13€): 10 rides with all public transports. It does not include travel to and from the airport.
- T-usual (22,80€): unlimited travel with all public transports within the city for 30 days. It does include travel to and from the airport.
- Ticket to and from the airport (5,90€+5,90€= 11,80€)
