Abstract submission will start on January 15th and close on March 31st. Attendants can opt for either contributed talks (12 + 3 min) or posters. The HEPRO VII SOC will review the submitted abstracts and include in related Sessions. To submit an abstract, you will have to login with your INDICO account or create a new one. For that, just follow the instructions in "Submit new abstract", available from January 15th.
