WIFI: Eduroam will be available at the campus.
LUNCH: will be taken at the canteen of the Faculty of Physics where the workshop takes place. All lunch fully covered by the workshop funds.
CONFERENCE DINNER: is planned on Oct 2 and is also covered by the workshop conveners.
TRANSPORT: you can get (bus, tram, train) card for 20 euros and infinite trips within 30 days. This is called the "T-USUAL" card. Or you can also get for 12 euros a card for 10 single-way trips, called a "T-CASUAL" card. Both cards can be baught at the machines in metro stations. You need to take only the "1 zone" option. Note that you may need to put your passport number to get the T-USUAL card.
WEATHER: October has day temperatures around 17-23 degree Celsius and slightly fresher mornings. Sporadic rain is not usual but cannot be discarded.
