The Registration period will open on February 15th 2022.
Given the expected improved situation regarding of the COVID-19 pandemic we plan to hold the Gamma-2022 Symposium in person, and thus we strongly encourage participants to attend the meeting in person. For participants presenting a talk of any kind, or a poster contribution, the attendance in person is mandatory. For those without contribution, online attendance with a reduced fee is also possible.
Should the COVID-19 situation worsen significantly, we may open the possibility for some online contributions, or even switching the Symposium to full online mode. Of course, in that case those who had paid the regular fee would get back the difference with respect to the online reduced fee.

The registration process will not be considered finished until payment has been received. Please be aware that, even if you appear in the participant list after filling the registration form, the registration will not be completed until the fee is paid. Note also that the amount to be paid is determined by the date of the payment (see below), and not the date of the submission of the on-line registration form.
The registration fee includes coffee breaks and welcome cocktail and free online (perpetual) access to the Symposium Proceedings published by PoS. Expenses for other meals, travel, accommodation and related items are not covered by the registration fee.
The registration fee is payable through bank transfer (see below). Payment in cash or credit-card is also possible upon arrival at the Symposium (on-site registration). Please note that all payments must be made in Euros. All fees incurred in connection with bank transfers are to be paid by those making the transfer. VAT is included in the Registration fees listed below.
