School on transferable skills for the PhD students from the Revealing the Milky Way with Gaia MWGaiaDN network. The school is also open to a limited number of participants from outside the network.

It will take place from the 2nd to the 6th June 2025 and it will be in-person. 

Objectives

• introduction to formal software project management techniques
• Human resource management, project planning, financial control, risk management, scientific project control.
• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and how patents, licensing rights are managed
• Knowledge and Technology transfer (KTT) in science
• specific enterprise training
• team-work skills
