Description

School on transferable skills for the PhD students from the Revealing the Milky Way with Gaia MWGaiaDN network. The school is also open to a limited number of participants from outside the network.

It will take place from the 2nd to the 6th June 2025 and it will be in-person.

Objectives

introduction to formal software project management techniques
Human resource management, project planning, financial control, risk management, scientific project control.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and how patents, licensing rights are managed
Knowledge and Technology transfer (KTT) in science
specific enterprise training
team-work skills
